I enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams and using design and technology to create value-driven and impactful products. My work covers establishing and maintaining a high-level creative vision and product strategy, with a strong focus on Enterprise UX and designing for complex systems.

Over the past 13 years, I have worked with different companies from startups to global organizations using UX and design to drive company growth and scale successful products across emerging markets in Africa, Europe, and the US.
My experience working in SaaS spans across industries in finance, insurance, healthcare, HR, and workplace management.

Re-designed the end-to-end flow and user experience for Baki, a web application that offers infinite liquidity FX exchange for African currencies at the official conversion rate.

Redesigned the filtering experience on the "Payments for Posting" feature and the "Predeterminations" feature of the Remit AI web app.

Improved the user experience of multiple features across flair's recruiting and HR apps.

Collaborated with stakeholders and the dev team to design and build out the first version of flair’s recruiting chrome extension

Redesigned and project-managed the end-to-end experience and implementation for version 2.0 of flair's employee hub mobile application

Kudi
Product Designer, DECEMBER 2019 - APRIL 2021

Designed the end-to-end flow and experience of the loans and referrals feature of Kudi's SME banking app as well as the savings and collections dashboards to provide affordable financial services for 7,000+ of the unbanked and under-banked in the Nigerian economy.

Designed the cardless withdrawal feature to allow USSD code/voucher tokens for cash withdrawal which increased daily transaction count and volume by 15%.

Canary Nigeria
Product Designer, MAY 2019 - DECEMBER 2019

Responsible for researching and identifying problems through stakeholder talks and user research in the complex industry of advertising and technology.

Redesigned and developed the user interface and experience design of some of the portals for the Nigerian Interbank Settlement Scheme (NIBSS)and collaborated with cross-functional teams to craft the perfect product, leveraging interaction, UI, and visual design

Infinix Mobile
Design Lead,  DECEMBER 2017 - MAY 2019

Led a small team of designers in Nigeria and Togo at the Infinix Headquarters, brainstorming and crafting multi-platform (web and print) graphics design for various online and offline campaigns for audiences in Nigeria and Togo.

Designed graphic user interface elements, developed UI mockups and prototypes, and collaborated in the implementation of digital marketing strategies which resulted in a 12% growth of our social media audiences

Produced design creatives and computer-generated artwork for various brands, as well as for marketing and sales materials and participated in brand-building activities in areas of event management, PR, media, and advertising.

Oversaw the production of print and promotional items for key clients under the direction of the marketing manager.
